He has experience of growing businesses significantly across domestic markets and international borders. Koen has delivered successful projects for Endemol, Holiday on Ice, Stage Entertainment, Global Spectrum and the NEC Group, and has an extensive international network of contacts. Koen’s insight in both the venue side as well as the content side of the business has provided him with valuable and adaptable ‘turn-key’ expertise.

Alex Keizer is a commercial and operational executive with an entrepreneurial background and proven ability to identify business opportunities to increase revenue and profits. Specialised in business development, channel marketing and venue management Alex worked on theatrical productions and special events throughout Europe for MJR Tom International, Stage Entertainment and for international clients such as Compass Group, Sodexo Prestige and several leading venues.  Utilising his gained experience and network for VCA to optimalise  any investment and achieve the members’ objectives.
